Into every life some legalese must fall. For this we apologize and promise to keep it as plain English as we can. Hopefully we can, simply, keep you appropriately informed and still satisfy the lawyers without straining either relationship.
Our Guarantee We insist - always - on your total satisfaction with all Guided Star Consulting services, so, if at any step of a project you are less than satisfied, it is our policy that you do not pay for that service. Breaking all projects into steps allows for frequent communication between us. We will not move forward to the next step without your acceptance of the prior work. This prevents misunderstandings and helps nurture a consistent feedback loop. If at any time a client has concerns or questions, we encourage early discussion so that we have the maximum opportunity to correct the situation and return to exceeding your expectations. Please call Tim Brady direct (contacts listed below) if any Employee, Contractor or Partner fails to meet your anticipated quality standards. He will contact you immediately to resolve the complaint. Please refer to our guarantee – we will honor that in all cases. We will make every effort to keep our Customers thrilled, but you’ll understand that occasionally services or products provided through third parties to complete work for you may be non-refundable to us, and we may ask for those charges to stand in these instances. Examples might include Domain Name Registration services or Travel expenses.
What Will It Cost? Guided Star rates and terms are dependent on a number of things. Predictably, that includes the experience level of who is providing the service, the quantity of services expected to be involved, and the urgency of the delivery. Maybe unexpectedly, they will include other factors like the client’s ability to pay, past payment history, how easy the client is to do business with, and if it is fun. Our Alignment may be the most important factor – that what we both are trying to accomplish is in sync – that permits us to practice Fearless Flexibility (another of the Guided Tenets). If we sense Alignment, we feel it will be easy to find a way to make the relationship work.

To provide you with the best possible service, Guided Star from time to time may ask for personal information. This policy is to make you aware as to what type of information is gathered and tracked, what the information is for, and with whom the information is shared. Information Gathered and How it is Used Today, you can browse all areas on the Web Site without giving us personal information. However, if you become a client, you will be asked for personal information to correspond with you, provide services and support, process your orders, or supply you with requested information. The information you provide through our relationship is shared with the affiliates or associates the user has specified to engage in transactions or provide future services. Record Retention Guided Star will make every effort to securely maintain all records for a time period no less than 5 years, including any certification workshop or class. Records will be stored at Guided Star corporate headquarters or a suitable, secure storage facility.
